If you are planning to attend a seminar, workshop or a conference at CERN and you do not have a valid access card, please register yourself at the event's webpage. After your registration you will receive a link where you are required to provide your date of birth, place of birth and nationality. Following that, you will receive an access code using which you can print your visitor's card at the Main Reception or you can print the document attached to the received e-mail with the access code at home.
If you are planning to attend a private meeting at CERN and you do not have a valid access card, please send the following information to cenf.secretariat@cern.ch in order to issue the visitor's card for you:

We will provide you with the access code and upon your arrival you can print your visitor's card at the Reception Building (N°33) at the printing terminal open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside the opening hours of the Main Reception, you can collect the card from the security guard at Entrance B.
